bad decision

eating this last night...

...did not help me do this today.

i had a very difficult run this morning due to my
poor food choice last night. i knew it was
probably a bad idea when i was ordering,
but really wanted it. never again. i just hope
my 8k goes better on sunday morning than what
i went through today. i do wish my legs looked like
this girls though. i can always dream, right??
