where's my sweet chilled out girl?

i don't know who this girl is.  She has NEVER acted this

way in public.  and this is just 12 seconds of her 10 minute melt

down in target.  if this is what 2 looks like i'm in for it.

  i'd like my easy going sweet girl back now.
