Brade or Brady?

I know there's been some confusion as to how my name is spelled so I thought I'd clear that up. "B r a d y" is how my name is spelled on my birth certificate. So there you go. However, as long as I can remember my family and close friends have called me "Brade" (pronounced like "braid"). In high school I started spelling my name "B r a d e" and I've just sort of developed it as a habit. What's been nice about "Brade" is that you can say it either way. A lot of people say my name as "Brady" and think it's spelled "Brade." Those who know me a little better know my name is spelled "Brady" and say "Braid."

Lately, with all these jokers naming their kids "Brady" I've resolved to continue spelling my name with an -e instead of a -y. Alternatively, if you don't like "Brady" or "Brade" you can just call me BOB which, of course, stands for "Big Ole Brade." Scorbal is gaining in popularity among a select few but I'm not entirely sure how I feel about that one.
